Startup Experience
In 2020, I joined a remote-first startup, where I redesigned the core customer experience, helped establish the design system, and contributed to growing and maturing the user experience design team.
For as long as I remember, I've looked at the world through the lens of design. The following concepts are my personal design principles that help guide my approach to design and collaboration.
Work Upstream Together
Include all team members at the ideation stages to align on goals, opportunities, and solve foundational problems before moving into detailed execution.

I have found success with frequently sharing in-progress work, most often times via recorded screenshares with a voiceover.
